checked mogstation, 30 days was added back into service account 1. i assume this was done during chat. i have an NA acct.

That's so bullcrap. It's funny how people who go in 1st try and get in, and people who use over 10+ ques to get in for like a straight 6 hrs get nothing.After screwing up on the 30th, and patiently waiting until Tuesday, first try and there was success. There's hope guys, just keep trying.

I got through chat support! "Agent Thomas A" fixed my ish right up, 10 minutes tops and he applied a fresh thirty day freebie on the correct account and set the other service account to be deleted. I told him he was a saint and that I hoped his children didn't eat all of santa's cookies this year. I even managed to login and play for 30 minutes before server maintenance. Chat sucks, I got disconnected with no agents available dozens of times. Good luck everyone!
I too just got off the phone with Sony. It was refreshing! I was on hold for...probably not even 5 minutes. I explained the situation the the guy, he was extremely friendly. He put me on hold several times to talk to his supervisors and ask about the situation and if there was something he could do to help. He basically told me everything I already knew; there where problems with PSN but its fixed, SE underestimating the servers...ect... anyway result of the call:Just called Sony to see if they know about what's going on and why it would take longer for PS3 users than PC users to get this resolved. Out of curiosity. The CS rep said that they are working hand in hand with SE and have been dealing with these codes since the second the game opened, but as of right now everything that has needed to be fixed has been with Square-Enix. She said our situation is something she hadn't heard of before though and unfortunately she can only suggest to keep trying SE customer service and if it makes me feel better I can periodically call Sony too just to check if they've been told that they can do something to help with the situation.
-Sony has GODLY customer support compared to Square Enix.
-You cannot currently digitally upgrade from psn to fix as SE took the game down due to servers. (to try and fix it that way)
-Rep apologized for not being able to help but suggested to try contacting Square Enix again.
-Sony has nothing to do with fixing the problem it's all SE (I made sure to ask and stress about what I read about them having something to do with it)
The rep even asked me for the error code I got when I tried to log on the PS3 (3108). It's SE's error.
SO I learned that basically Square Enix has terrible customer service and are taking their sweet times. Possibly coming up with excuses as to their laziness and possibly even blaming Sony for this.
If anyone has anymore info to cross-reference so we can get a fuller picture of what is going on that would be cool. I hope this post helps you guys out.
So I got my account fixed today (PC NA) and was able to play for a good 3+ hours today. Don't worry if you haven't gotten it fixed yet, servers will be down for 10 hours tonight for maintenance.
