My phone says I've now been on hold for 4 hours, 19 mins. That's not including the 2.5 hours before i got disconnected the first time... /sigh
Just called Sony to see if they know about what's going on and why it would take longer for PS3 users than PC users to get this resolved. Out of curiosity. The CS rep said that they are working hand in hand with SE and have been dealing with these codes since the second the game opened, but as of right now everything that has needed to be fixed has been with Square-Enix. She said our situation is something she hadn't heard of before though and unfortunately she can only suggest to keep trying SE customer service and if it makes me feel better I can periodically call Sony too just to check if they've been told that they can do something to help with the situation.
just watched a 2 hour presentation on it. completely destructible world, i'm talking minecraft destructible. gamers have to pull together resources to build the cities. monsters don't have spawn sites, they evolve by how gamers react (orcs will set up camp on roads with heavy traffic to get gold, unless they get their ass kicked enough then they will move elsewhere etc.) honestly it looks amazing. and as an eq1 eq2 and eqoa player, i have to say that their customer support was about 100% better than SE.
