Called NA support this morning right at 9 am when the opened. Talked to an agent after being on hold for 49 minutes. He escalated my account and said it would be be fixed in 48 hours -2 weeks but could be even sooner than the 48. Just checked my account before posting this and my issue has been fixed so it took around 5 and half hours after it was escalated. They also reset the 30 days along with moving my CE items over.
