1. The queues work, the servers are just so full that you never see the queue. Their queues also seem only to operate when there is space on the world to login to.
2. Yoshi-P has made mention of this and indicated that they are concentrating on the server side for now since their worlds are already full and they need more for the new customers buying the game.
3. Yoshi-P talked at great length about the concurrent user cap of 5000 concurrent connections per world. He indicated the worlds are designed for that many, but of course it's rather assumed that the population would not all congregate in 3 areas.
4. Adding more servers when your servers are already full and your population is still growing is mandatory in order to cope with the new growth and provide an acceptable service to all. If they added no new worlds, nothing would help the login issues and no one else would be able to get the game. honestly, I can't believe that you even said this. If we were 6 months in, then yeah, your point stands, but literally 1 week into launch? no, they need more world servers.
