At this point it's easier for me to just restart on account 2 and make my progress back. All this long waiting on '2 week' fix time is heinous. I can be right back where I was in less time than that. See everyone in game eventually.

I think I have 7 instances of my character on as many servers because I so rarely could get onto my home server and a couple of them are approaching lvl 20. I tell you what though, I've got them level 1-17 quests down now and have got crafting figured out in all the cities but if I have to look at that UGLY Arcanist guildmaster again I may just stick a knife through my ear!

Makes me wonder, if no agent is available for live chat or phone services, what the hell are they even doing at work?

Not to mention if you can't get back on the server you were on...where all your friends are. -.- even when character creation is allowed (rare) there's certain servers that are never on that list.

This is flippin ridiculous. Shouldn't have to wait longer just because I'm playing on ps3 instead of pc. There's gotta be something to this escalation 'line' that I'm missing cause it's been 6 days
