All thank for the number i used this one and now im on the phone queue too... it rings multiple times and then a recording saying all agents are busy. When calling of it sounds busy just keep trying. You will get into the system. Just takes multiple tries... and 2 phones!

I'm still locked out and I contacted support well over a week ago now. No response other than the automated "our customer service sucks so we'll get back to you, you know, whenever"

Been stuck @ #2 in the chat queue for over an hour now, well that's not entirely true. I went up to #3 for a few minutes in the middle of that. My other browser's chat queue is slowly ticking down now, @ #93 on that window.

At this point it's easier for me to just restart on account 2 and make my progress back. All this long waiting on '2 week' fix time is heinous. I can be right back where I was in less time than that. See everyone in game eventually.

I tried doing that yesterday....character creation was locked on all NA servers. So yeah...good luck with that.

Not to mention if you can't get back on the server you were on...where all your friends are. -.- even when character creation is allowed (rare) there's certain servers that are never on that list.
