Do you have two service accounts or three? Because I have one from the Windows beta, two from the PS3 beta, with my original character on it, and three is my accidental account.Saw mine said "Please Respond" than when I looked at it, it showed "Closed" So not sure what is going on, especially when it shows this:

My platform should be PS3, so odd. I know I submitted it under PS3, so wonder if they messed up when looking at it or what.

I've created a ticket every day in case they deleted them. So I'm going to give him the whole list.
I plan to ask if he can do it now (although I know he can't as per earlier comments)
I'm asking what I should expect the status of my ticket to show
I'm asking if the 2 week wait time started when i submitted the ticket or if it starts over now.
I'm asking what the point of making everyone sit in queue/on hold is.
I've also reference a 600+ thread where I think people would be very happy if we could get definitive answers as to what we should expect.
I know it isn't the CS rep's fault per say but how else do we put pressure on anyone for an answer?
Is it this hard to hire a group of associates and just designate them to the job of going through these "Wrong Service Account Registration" Accounts? Could just be their job, until it is all taken care of. While other support fixes other stuff. Maybe, I'm just thinking too much about this.
2 weeks for a fix is pretty unacceptable, 48 hours I could be reasonable with, but 2 weeks, wow. 40 dollars for a game I could be lucky to play maybe 5 times.
PS4 and Xbox one will be out by the time this damn thing is playable.

Just got 2 Service Accounts, the main one (#1), and Accidental account (#2)
This is on Service Account 1: The following services are available for this service account:
FFXIV: A Realm Reborn - Beta Test Windows(R) ,FFXIV: A Realm Reborn - Beta Test PlayStation(R)3 ,FFXIV: A Realm Reborn - Pre-Order Code PlayStation(R)3 is registered to this service account.
Service Account 2: All other services, Subscription, etc.
Which is one I accidentally registered.
When I use the links that take you directly to the chat queue, they bug out and dont work. And navigating the maze of support pages to find it myself has been unsuccessful over the last hour or so.
Does anyone have the link to the support page that then takes us to the chat? Hopefully that works better.
