    I'm wondering if after tonight's maintenance and the adding of more servers, CS will be a bit more freed up to handle out split service account issues.

    I really don't think anyone is going to have their accounts switched immediately today. Here's hoping, but let's not get too excited.

    Got through my queue, spoke to the same Ethan B guy, got the same generic escalation response. It's progress anyway that makes me inclined to believe my ticket is actually in the system to be dealt with now.

    so I just got my ticket escalated and now it says on my ticket history "please respond". Last time it said that the ticket was closed shortly. Did he mess something up or is this good?

    My original ticket (the one with the live chat connection) also currently shows as "Please Respond". The support form and email support tickets haven't changed.

    Saw mine said "Please Respond" than when I looked at it, it showed "Closed" So not sure what is going on, especially when it shows this:
