    I'll attest to that. At this point 2 days would have been amazing. Agent Ricardo was able to go in and check that the ticket was still escalated from last wednesday. I don't like that other department that's handling the escalations very much

    I have no idea if this information was already posted somewhere else but I just asked agent Josiah on the NA live chat if the free 7 days would include unregistered service accounts and he said yes. So we "should" be getting a week of grace time while waiting for this to be fixed.

    Similar issue here except mine was escalated a day before and appears closed as well. According to Agent Ricardo those tickets are still escalated it's just that department that handles it are dicks and don't do first come first serve. Account still split almost a full week later.
