I'll attest to that. At this point 2 days would have been amazing. Agent Ricardo was able to go in and check that the ticket was still escalated from last wednesday. I don't like that other department that's handling the escalations very much![]()
My ticket was escalated after calling into SE NA on Thursday night. The ticket was closed on Friday morning. My account still is split in two. This is why I want to get into a chat - I want to ask what happened and why was my ticket closed. If anyone gets through, can you PLEASE ask them what happens if an escalated ticket is closed but the account still is split? I'm at work and can only steal minutes every now and then. I won't be able to queue up until about 7pm EST, which is too late to actually get through to an agent.
Wonder if I should be concerned about my ticket showing Closed now... That just seems a little odd.

I have no idea if this information was already posted somewhere else but I just asked agent Josiah on the NA live chat if the free 7 days would include unregistered service accounts and he said yes. So we "should" be getting a week of grace time while waiting for this to be fixed.
Similar issue here except mine was escalated a day before and appears closed as well. According to Agent Ricardo those tickets are still escalated it's just that department that handles it are dicks and don't do first come first serve.
