    - When does the problem occur (always, only during specific times?) The problem always occurs during 8pm to about 5-6am every night I've played since phase 3 beta. It always kicks me out with error 90000

    Unable to obtain world server list

    Comcast
    Connecticut, USA
    The problem occurs 24/7 for the last three days. Currently unable to get a NA world list, Japanese servers can be connected to.
    Ever since the last time I logged in I have been logged in continuously until this happened.
    I contacted Comcast and they are unaware of any issues connected to the game or to my service.

    UPDATE: Completely uninstalling my McAfee antivirus allowed me to get a world list immediately on reboot. I had turned the firewall off previously but that was not enough. Now that I uninstalled it completely I can get into the world list chacter selection screen immediately! woohoo
