Like any other regular fan, he opened a ticket and described his problem... 24 hours later he finally received a mail from Square Enix. Unfortunately it was just a bot saying that his ticket had finally been received. "24 hours later ?!" He said to himself .. when suddenly, another mail arrived !! or should i say, THE mail arrived and a looooooong silence followed.

Square enix: ''your ticket has been closed in order to prioritise time-sensitive issues'' AKA ''go get an ice-cream dude because we actually don't give a ****... come back later''

Heart broken.. that guy is still waiting
Identical thing happened to my husband, but it took a day to get the 48 hour email, then it took another 5 days to get the email saying they had closed his ticket cause it wasn't important. Luckily he got a refund for his copy of the game. Now if I could only get a refund for my 1.0 copy...
