How many customer are they losing per day do you think?

I know they will be attempting to fix the issue tomorrow. But if for some reason this isn't fixed by the end of my trial; I will be cancelling before I get billed, and I won't re-sub until the server problem is fixed. I can't believe nobody there anticipated that overcrowding might be a problem in a game based on a popular franchise that is cross platform, and being sold all over the world.

Until my trial ends, or this is fixed, I'll just continue trying to log in when I can. On the bright side, Not being able to play this has given me more time to catch up on playing Guild Wars 2.

After the 10th day of not being able to consistently log in, how many players do you think SE is losing per day? I know I'm seriously considering dropping this game if I can't play next weekend.

If they have 230,000 connections, then they probably have another 200,000 trying to log in at any given time. I bet if the problem isn't fixed by them in the next week or so that the problem will fix itself simply by people dropping this game for something else.

I know if I was CEO of SE I'd be firing a lot of people for screwing up this project and losing SE a boat load of money. Just saying.

Well, since there are still that problems with logging in, because there are to many ppl trying to get online, not many i guess.

I see nothing that caused the project to be screwed up. I see an unanticipated number of players trying to access all at once. Thank god you are not the CEO of SE, and I'm actually disappointed you're a player. If you do so choose to leave, you will not be missed. Not because of your opinion, but because your ignorance is astounding.

You wouldnt fire your game devs, you would fire your network and server analysts/technicians. And possibly whoever thought it was a good idea to ignore the #s coming in from the beta and EA periods.

The subscription model supports the 20/80 style of marketing. Your priority is the 20 percent, in this case, the loyal fans that are willing to pay despite the hardships. These are the people they should be really catering to. The 80% are fickle and will quit at the slightest inkling of an issue.

And I'm not saying the best course of action is to support the true fans here, but the honest truth is that the main source of revenue WILL be those that stick around. SE is best to care less for the 80%, because it doesn't matter how much they cater to them, they will quit the game sometime down the line.

The game is too good to quit. The servers on the other hand are getting slammed hard. If the game is good enough, they'll come back. They always do.. XD
