All worlds maint (Sept.3rd) ~ Tomorrow

Question. Are they just adding new worlds or expanding how many users can login to current worlds? Adding new worlds won't help if people who already created characters stay on that world. If I have a character on an existing world, and no one transfers, will there be 1017s after maintenance (assuming they accomplish what they set out to achieve)?

They haven't said. I'm hoping for the usual long, detailed post by Yoshi-P to come out around the time of maintenance. They won't make announcements until they finalize the details, and obviously SE knows that the current worlds are beyond capacity for number of players.

My guess is that either the changes will add some capacity, or that adding new servers is only the first part of the plan.
