I'm also an American. I wasn't trying to just put you down I was making logical valid points and you then took the opportunity to make yourself sound better and make me sound like a bad person instead of responding to my points hwich come from my professional background in IT and Engineering. I have characters on both NA and JP servers and I see no difference. I've had issues with both. The issues with NA and EU IS the population of those servers and the lack of an auto-kick feature for AFK'ers. Since it isn't natively implemented... well... it will take time to implement into the game considering they're busy dealing with a lot of other issues right now, including taking time to put our correspondence to try and keep people like you calm. It's a game. It isn't going anywhere. You don't need it right fucking now. Find something else to do.

You must take into account that it's not only Japan logging into the Japanese server. All of Asia definitely, perhaps parts of Russia, and maybe even Australia. The server speeds depend on how close you are to the server itself. Imagine a Western server and an Eastern server.

So theoretically, that server has tons more people and problems than ours.

Hmmmm? I have only ever responded to peoples actual words, and I call it like I see it, as for ignoring someone who says something you don't like, that was tried throughout history and got us nowhere. Silence in the face of wrong is wrong in and of itself.

I don't like the dirrection this thread has taken.

This JP discussion is 200 pages of Japanese speaking players gripping about the exact same thing as non JP players. They are just as annoyed and as "whiney" as everyone else appears to be.

Priority will always go to the JP servers. SE is a Japanese company and they will have to prioritize their source of origin. Just as america will prioritize their own before any other country. The only reason the GM's would rather not communicate is due to the toxic community. Threats, vulgar abuses and let's not forget the supposed reports to BBB or lawsuits. Rather than the community understanding the situation and giving them time to work on it, they immediately resort to the "WHERES MY MONEY, I WANT IT NOW" like spoiled little children, and yet many wonder why they don't communicate with us. Take a look at the forums, the petition to request for AFK Kick quickly became a forced demand that should be implemented, you really think that's important? Once the server upgrades can accommodate everyone, the AFK kick becomes an utterly useless suggestion too fast.

Well I'm not American and I'm complaing. As long as it isn't offencive, I don't see a reason why people can't complain. It's not 'Whiny'... You paid for a product that currently isn't working correctly, in any culture people would complain... It's normal.

My main problem is, the lack of communication about fixing the problems. It's not as if it's a F2P game. People have paid to play it. At the very least we should hear estimated times and dates of fixes.

They will always give priority to them first. Final fantasy has always been a JP game to begin with, it's just accepting reality. Asking them to be fair is like asking america to give us Netflix or Hulu worldwide, which they won't and will never do.
