Server maintanence should probably not be done at primetime in NA.

2) When considering maintenance windows on NA servers, the best time for Japanese players should not be considered - this is because of #1.

This is not an American company, it is a Japanese company that will operate at their local time frame 17 hours ahead of USPST/14 hours ahead of USEST/9 hours ahead of EUGMT. If you're dumb enough to not realize that, then go back to WoW. The United States is not the be-all-end-all of the world. We're one shitty country that should be put second more often so that people like you don't think that just because they're in NA, they're more important than anyone else in the world.

I don't care at what time of the day they do it. As long as it just gets done and allows us to login freely (or at least for the most part) and enjoy the game. You probably wouldn't be able to have much of a chance at logging in until they finish this maintenance anyhow. Quit your bitching.

Even if they havent' done maint. the likelihood of you playing is low unless you spam for hours.. if you're spending hours to spam to play instead of being with family.. you're kinda fail.

Yep. I get to get off work right in time to have the servers go down, and stay down the entire time I'll have to play. Then again I'm in hour three of just trying to reach my character to attempt to login (either the lobby's down or the NA/EU character list is unavailable - I've not even seen my char yet today!) so, yeah.
