1) Japanese players have their own servers to play on.
2) When considering maintenance windows on NA servers, the best time for Japanese players should not be considered - this is because of #1.

What does it matter when the maintenance is?
Are you dense? It matters because you shouldn't do maintenance when your servers are normally used most. Sheesh, are the people on this forum 12 years old? Have you graduated highschool yet? Do you have an ounce of common sense?
