I get 1017 each time I click start to load character list. Can't even view character list.

When I do it says NA/EU is down.

Its now Monday, you can call locations and acquire the hardware and get it set up today. Why wait until primetime on Wednesday.

When you release a new game that is broken, you are suppose to work round the clock until it is fixed. Do you like losing money? Because that's what's going to happen if they continue to not fix the errors they are having.
