I am also getting this issue. Started late last night around 0100 EST. Large amount of lag followed by a 90k disconnect.

Now when I log into my character, I get about 2 minutes of increasingly stuttery gameplay followed by a 90k error. I have run diagnostics on my connection and it is fine, so I am led to believe this bug is firmly attached to my character until SE can issue a fix.
