BTW all, knowing this wouldn't be addressed until at least tomorrow, I started new characters on the second account on a JP server. My advice, use the time until your account is fixed to check out other city story missions. So far I've done Gridania and Ul'dah and both have been pretty good.
Finally, my account was fixed after 3 days since my ticket was escalated thru live chat =D
Alright next problem Error 1017 >.<
I got another automated response for me to fill out the form saying that you registered to a new service account and what service you want to be your main account. The ticket was from filling out that same form so I dunno what their problem was a week to get a response to say to fill out the same exact form again great service there.
Well at this point, I dont much care if I lose out on my 30 free trail period. I just want my beta characters back so I can play with my friends thats all.... It was better when all I had to worry about was "1017". That I can deal with but this? Not so much. Also, I have been playing a new character on this new service account for the past day or two. What happens to him when this problem is fixed?
How did you get into live chat?
I phoned them up, they fixed it then and there. EU.
Gotta work tomorrow 6-11, so maybe when I get home can try to contact chat support again. I just tried to create a new character on the service account 2, and start over.
Of course, world's full and/or not accepting new characters. Sweet, funny enough, the JP world's didn't load up at all.
My friend ended up starting over on a new world anyway, oh well sucks.
Happy for those that got their accounts fixed. 5 days and counting for mine messed up yay. Might have to bake a cake on day 7, if it gets that far.
