That comment made my day brighter... slightly but brighter.
I got full 30 days and they are going to extend the time on wednesday according to some information. Hopefully they will fix it before that so people can actually play.
Oh and btw my first ticket was also created last week's monday evening (EU time), but this one that they fixed was escalated on friday if I remember correctly.

Ok this post is for all those that though they would go ahead and buy a new game to add to there account one so they could play till CS fixed the issue...

Yeah apparently, the person bat-phoned head office and they said that he can't get what he paid for and he should have understood their ridiculously convoluted process. I mean, it took me 2 hours to figure out where to DL the client after I paid. Another 2 hours of getting "invalid" when trying to input my registration number until finally, it showed up as registered. It is all easy as pie.

Good to see that article on Kotaku, even if it only glosses over the dual account issue; SE can't delete third party articles.
