    The only time I can log on seems to be about 9pm at night my time. And that's logging in until I get to a queue.

    What do pre-order customers get? I'm thinking someone needs to post that Gene Wilder Willy Wonka video, 'You get... NOTHING!'

    That's really a big (albeit second) part of the problem.

    The first problem is that it takes them a day to realize there's a problem, then they take another day to address the problem... if you're on the NA/EU servers. If you're on JP servers, they find the problem, and fix it four hours later (check yesterday's (8/31) notices). I think most NA/EU customers would be much less frustrated if they were getting the same kind of response time.

    The second problem is that we're getting sorries without any actual tangible recompense. The sorries are in words, not in actions.

    By the way, labor day is an American holiday, not a Canadian holiday, not a Japanese holiday. Can someone explain why the IT handling the servers in Japan and Montreal are taking the day off tomorrow?
