What do i think of the point allotment system? Why do I only rank DoW jobs? becauselolreset

This game was boasting ease of change from class to class, but this system is even more restrictive than it was in 11. thank god fishing is so easy in this game!

This is because you want to be specialized at everything, If you were willing to be decent at everything, you would be. The higher your str is, the less effective it is. Truth if you went 90 90 90 60 60 60, you probably wouldnt lose much dmg, and you could still do good damage on mage jobs. by using your traits you could swing that to 100 100 100 50 50 50 when go war and 80 80 80 70 70 70 when you go magic, which is probably more than adequate to be effective.

But not as adequate as if you had actually allocated stats properly and not wasted points in INT on a melee or points in STR and DEX on a mage.

min max theory, they didnt want one charachter to be the best at everything. You want to be the best at everything. People are mad because they cant be the best at everything, and they are mad because the system doesnt let them be as much better than others than they want to be with all those stat points.

No, the system lets us be the best we can be. The problem that we are annoyed with, is that in order to do so I need to wait anywhere from 10-30 hours in between class changes.

that time wait is so that you dont go from being the best glad to the best thaum instantly, they may give up on that concept, but really its not so bad, people say they want to be unique, but ehhhh i doubt it

There isn't any good reason why I should have to wait. There are many good reasons why I shouldn't have to wait.
