    Paul N I think is the EU guy I talked to earlier. He seems like a pretty nice guy.

    If NA support is open today, I'd have no idea when. I could swear I read 12-5 PDT but that turned out to be not true yesterday. Not a single person was in. I'll try again today, though, but we'll see.

    I'm like - far away from just buying a standard edition in the meanwhile just to play and make sure I get my 7 free days credited on wednesday, since as things stand now, if we are not fixed by then, we will completely miss out. I just won the lottery for 50 bucks anyways, so I might as well use 30 on a hard copy so I can at least play. Still $20 up in the end for some junk food and beer.

    well connected to eu chat in seconds. they cant help tho with na accounts. was really nice at least.
    and yea it was paul...
    and its sunday. ima still try call the fks at na today all day. chat is still down. at least now theres a message bout this prob and gives link to that form....

    I have a hardcopy and still can't play. I've read earlier that someone else also bought a new Collector Edition. But the 30 days doesn't count there for some reason. He spoke to an agent about it also.
    I woulnd't bet on it.

    I got to say, after days of not being able to get through to NA CS, it was kinda nice to get through to EU chat even if they couldn't help me. At least I was able to confirm that there are in fact people working on it. Not trained circus monkeys.

    I don't see why it wouldn't work. With my CE code I effectively added a second service account, where as my early access account, account 1, is just waiting for a game to be added. Why would it not work if I just added a standard edition game to that account to play on it while I wait for them to sort this crap and add my CE stuff? I care more about playing than I do the actual CE items. I got my digital CE for 25% off, so it was virtually the same price as the standard edition anyways.

    I have looked it up for you it was on page 536.
    This is what I've read.
    If you end up not being able to play after buying another it would be a waste of money.

    Just EU players who were able to get through on Live Chat yesterday. Also, rather than "escalate" tickets, EU CS' were fixing accounts right there on the spot.

    TL;DR: If you're an NA player, better go out and get more lube, your gonna need it.
