I feel that something needs to be done to address this issue; that we are experiencing the way it is currently being handled is far too inappropriate, We (the players) when attempting to log in are given endless error codes of; 2002, 1017 leaving it extremely open ended, no closer regarding a chance to actually get in or not.

We need updates on the Twitter/Service status pages, People who work people can't spend 2 hours attempting to log on if the servers are already above capacity so let them know that there is no hope tonight, Otherwise people are going to get extremely upset like I am, I would hate to see this popularity go to waste if the main concern is the inability to actually get on.

Lastly Another issue that really upset me, is I am an Australian Customer and I was assigned to the EU region, and you are charging me in Euro and Pound, which is currently $1.5 to our dollar, whereas the USD is only $1.05-$1.10, you are completely riping us off we are closer to Japan/US than GB/EU, in fact most Australian players are on the JPN servers why aren't we charged in YEN? Instead A euro or pound which is twice the distance and earns you better bottom line, that sort of underhanded business tactic upsets me rather seriously!

i highly agree with you on this subject, they use to charge us is USD for FFXI then changed it to Euro when play online became outdated and now i see they think they can get away with it with FFXIV it is insulting why dont we get charged in AUD ?
America is charged USD
England is Charged GBP / Euro
Japan in Zen
Australia Should be charged in AUD and not in Euro we are not apart of Europe we are our own bloody country / Continent, so i ask you SE WTF ?

1. Current Issues I have with the game,

-Character Models aren't the same as 1.0, they don't look as appealing to me and the gear no longer fits correctly and has massive spaces where it shouldn't and our characters lower body's are too small now. I hate the look of it.

-These servers are horrible I wasn't going to mention anything about it because I know pretty much everyone else is anyway. This is really starting to piss me off now tho because I haven't been able to so much as log in for the last two days now and it's the weekend.. I have to work all week so this really sucks. Sought your damn servers out already, this craps been going on for years now.

-I find the game way too easy now to the point where it's become a joke.
In order to get any real challenge out of it I have to ware lvl1 equipment and fight monsters 10 levels higher than me.
If I was an 8 year old I could still master this game.
Hopefully there is challenging content later on, if there isn’t I will likely get bored and quit.

-I hate how the battle system is too repetitive with has nowhere near enough spells or skills to make it interesting.
( I feel like I'm pressing the same crap over and over again without even needing to think about what I'm doing because no matter what I do I never lose a single fight )

- I dislike how when I equip a Job it has been even more limited with the amount of skills I can use then 1.0 when I was hoping for more not less.

2. I think they should

- Add 1.0 and 2.0 body shapes as optional choices in character creation.

- Better fix these servers before people lose interest and you end up in the same situation as your first game and don’t give us 7 free days give us a free month, 7 days isn’t good enough considering the game shouldn’t have been launched yet IMP.

- Please add more spells to the mage classes and jobs, mages are supposed to have more spells then other jobs that have skills, there should be a huge amount of spells to use.
The disciplines of war could use some extra skills too; it’s painful to play a game so basic.

- Make sure not to disappoint players and add plenty of content that’s challenging both solo content and group content should have challenging fights, not just fights that last a long time but require no amount of skill or have no risk of losing…. That’s just lame.
The game is very fun right now, but it does seem easy to the point where I may lose interest because I can’t find anything worthy of my skill level.

Lolwut, do Ifrit/Garuda/Titan ( Hard ) then the ( Extreme ) versions. Then do Amdapor Keep as we'll as the binding coil of Bahamut.
Once you clear that content get back to us on this.
