Incidentally I supposedly got my ticket escalated by an agent on the live chat last Friday during the morning, but I've never so much as received any type of confirmation. I know of people who got their accounts fixed within half a day, so I'm gonna try contacting them again and see if anything's actually being done.
Yeah, so 8am GMT during Daylight savings and 9am otherwise.
