how did you get you more free days?Listening to people say their issues were 'escalated' and fixed in hours, while some of us have been waiting for DAYS, just goes to show you how f***ed up their support is.
Here's an idea, how about you all solve these damn things in the order they come in?
Shall we start a pool? Will this be resolved before the 9 remaining days of free time remain on my service account 1? Initially, I'd have said yes, but it's been a few days now without anything but an auto-response.

i still think the NA support being clearly closed over the weekend and Monday for Labor Day is a lot of bull and bad wtf was they thinking :/

Yep, closing old tickets had to be the dumbest thing I've ever heard of. Even though I had my ticket escalated it was still allowed to be closed by some jackass who thinks tickets from early access don't matter...i submitted my ticket on the 27th they day it happen and nothing was done. got and email saying sorry your ticket isnt important we closed it. so submitted another one on the 28th still waiting for a response im all these should be escalated not just the ppl that have the time to call or us the online chat. so now im screwed until this Tuesday scene Monday is a holiday
they want us to play on service account 2 using other servers, and eventually forget service account 1, to free up some needed server space.
Doesn't tell me anything but that it's not registered.. Tried the code again but got the same message "This code has already been registered."check your mogstation account information

If non 1.0 players had/have fewer free days, then this is an even bigger BS issue than the already stupidly big BS issue it is. So, what are they supposed to do? Pay for a new service account, despite already having one that they are waiting to be applied correctly? I bet they don't get refunded either when the service accounts are merged.
The insanity. lol.
