    youre lucky you still have 9 days. V1.0 player i suppose? mines already expired since a yesterday. and I have been contacting support since monday. i wonder what happened bet mon - fri? Burger and fries party i suppose, with those lazy NA support? T.T

    i still think the NA support being clearly closed over the weekend and Monday for Labor Day is a lot of bull and bad wtf was they thinking :/

    Yep, closing old tickets had to be the dumbest thing I've ever heard of. Even though I had my ticket escalated it was still allowed to be closed by some jackass who thinks tickets from early access don't matter...

    they want us to play on service account 2 using other servers, and eventually forget service account 1, to free up some needed server space.

    Oh geeze. I just assumed that was normal for everyone. Yes, 1.0 player. Started fresh on Behemoth though.

    If non 1.0 players had/have fewer free days, then this is an even bigger BS issue than the already stupidly big BS issue it is. So, what are they supposed to do? Pay for a new service account, despite already having one that they are waiting to be applied correctly? I bet they don't get refunded either when the service accounts are merged.

    The insanity. lol.
