youre lucky you still have 9 days. V1.0 player i suppose? mines already expired since a yesterday. and I have been contacting support since monday. i wonder what happened bet mon - fri? Burger and fries party i suppose, with those lazy NA support? T.TListening to people say their issues were 'escalated' and fixed in hours, while some of us have been waiting for DAYS, just goes to show you how f***ed up their support is.
Here's an idea, how about you all solve these damn things in the order they come in?
Shall we start a pool? Will this be resolved before the 9 remaining days of free time remain on my service account 1? Initially, I'd have said yes, but it's been a few days now without anything but an auto-response.
Oh geeze. I just assumed that was normal for everyone. Yes, 1.0 player. Started fresh on Behemoth though.
If non 1.0 players had/have fewer free days, then this is an even bigger BS issue than the already stupidly big BS issue it is. So, what are they supposed to do? Pay for a new service account, despite already having one that they are waiting to be applied correctly? I bet they don't get refunded either when the service accounts are merged.
The insanity. lol.
our problem is that we bought our game and while registering it, it somehow ended up in service account 2.Oh geeze. I just assumed that was normal for everyone. Yes, 1.0 player. Started fresh on Behemoth though.

as for me, playing in ps3, i have no idea how this happened. i pre ordered on pSN and on launch day a few EULAs appeared in the game client. next thing i know i already have a second service account.
for most of the other players, they accidentally clicked the +add new service account button on the mog station instead of the enter code or something.
Here, let me clear it up for you.our problem is that we bought our game and while registering it, it somehow ended up in service account 2.

You had no choice but to create a new account. Using the code in the bonus/upgrade section resulted in invalid code. You have to buy an upgrade, which wasn't something you pre-ordered, and was only available once the official launch and the Mog Station was launched. Presumably, most players assumed SE couldn't possibly be this bone dead, and that perhaps this was just a translation issue since the ONLY place you could apply it was at the new account.
So, that's why we have over 500 pages in this thread, and probably hundreds of thousands of players suffering from pre-ordering this game, and having to deal with this issue.
I'd gladly buy the upgrade code instead, since it's only $20, rather than use the pre-ordered CE code, which was $40. In fact, I've often thought of just doing that, but they don't give refunds (ie: for the $40 digital CE pre-order), so I'm not about to reward their sleazy practices with $60 just to get around their incredibly poor support.
In fact, it seems incredibly slimy of SE to do it this way, as I'm pretty sure there are a lot of 1.0 players who pre-ordered a 2.0 CE just for the items who would have gladly just done an upgrade if that had been known about beforehand.

the upgrades were known before hand. they just weren't available for pre order. Here, let me clear it up for you.

Not everyone obsessively reads the news. I'm simply telling you why most PC players are having to deal with this issue. I sure as hell wouldn't have bothered with pre-ordering a CE if I had known an upgrade was available. And the sheer volume of views/replies would probably indicate there are at least a few others out there of like mind. ;D
The only post I ever read was a sticky that told us that if we wanted the 2.0 bonus items, we would have to pre-order the 2.0 games as 1.0 players. /shrug
