Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

I got into the NA Chat yesterday around 10pm est. and my account got fixed just now, so just keep on trying to get into the Chat and get your ticket escalated.

Oh the agent I talked to does read this thread. lol

Just be more patient guys, this is just our fault as theirs, we are all too excited to get this game registered that we never really slowed down and read the instructions.

Josiah was my agent as well. I also had my account fixed about an hour ago. Not that I can play because the world is full, but there is hope!

10pm EST? How the hell? Their weekday business hours are 9-5 PDT, that's 12-8 EST. How did you get someone two hours after everyone went home? That's not fair, man. I'm still trying the NA chats (5/1, 5/5) tonight trying to get somebody but I keep getting no agent after a longass wait just the 15 spot in the queue to one. The EU guy was the first and only person I've gotten to speak to this whole time. NA support is such a joke.

Can someone explain to me why the average person would ever need more then 1 service account since you can only play on one at a time anyway. I mean really I just can't understand why this even exists in the first place.

Listening to people say their issues were 'escalated' and fixed in hours, while some of us have been waiting for DAYS, just goes to show you how f***ed up their support is.

Here's an idea, how about you all solve these damn things in the order they come in?

Shall we start a pool? Will this be resolved before the 9 remaining days of free time remain on my service account 1? Initially, I'd have said yes, but it's been a few days now without anything but an auto-response.

i submitted my ticket on the 27th they day it happen and nothing was done. got and email saying sorry your ticket isnt important we closed it. so submitted another one on the 28th still waiting for a response im all these should be escalated not just the ppl that have the time to call or us the online chat. so now im screwed until this Tuesday scene Monday is a holiday
