    you payed for a game you like, and for a service that might have issues, but thanks for us 'paying', they have the $ needed to pay the tech's to FIX those issues.

    If this was a F2P game, with no costs 'needed' by the players in order to play, these problems would last a hell of a lot longer than they will since SE has a steady income from us players.

    I got in the queue once today in 7 hours of trying (I know, no life, but it's my one day I can play), put me 116th in queue and after 30 seconds told me the world was full, back to start!

    Been trying to get into the game for well over 4 hours now. It seems insane that there is not a proper queuing system and instead they just let everyone barge for the doors and whoever squeezes through first gets in. A simple queue system would make more sense.

    But then, I'm british, so maybe I'm just queue biased

    I completely appreciate teething troubles, I know how these things work, I forgive any company for that... what I can never condone is poor customer service, when thousands of players are trying to play and get nothing but error codes and blank screens with no info as to why they are down or at least feedback that problems are being resolved then you are not providing customer service. People are paying to have access, if they cant have access the very least they can have is customer service representatives to keep them in the loop. Not having this is making a bad situation much worse, exacerbating existing ill feeling and only sullying the square-enix name further.
    Game is good, servers will get fixed, but don't fail your player base this early by shutting them out.

    Its always the NA/EU servers, i just now for sh*ts and giggles created a character on a JP server with no issues whats so ever, no server full, no lobby errors, no que.

    SE, you've had MMOs before, you SHOULD have been far beyond PREPAIRED for this launch, but no, like usual SE fashion you threw a product out with limited beta testing and expect people to eat it up just so you can get the money from the sales, just like the sales and reviews of your last 3 console games that bombed.

    Alot of people have made up their minds about this game already, the inability to access this game specially at launch and during launch weekend is going to hurt your pocket books just like v1.0 did and instead of fixing the problem now, your gonna "try" and fix it in 5 days, and in those 5 days more people are gonna get angry and frustrated because they cant log on and just not return... its yer company...... its yer loss..... dont be crying when your quaterly review comes out and its in the red.

    Free Trial Extension

    To apologize to our loyal fans who may not have been able to login or create characters during early access and the days immediately following launch, the development and operations teams are currently considering providing all player accounts with an additional seven days to their free trials. This includes non-legacy players from 1.0, who will be given new seven-day free trials. Trial extensions will be awarded after the aforementioned server maintenance on Wednesday. Details on the trial extension, including the extension period, will be released in a separate post as soon as they have been solidified.
    And THIS better not happen til you fix your crap server, no way should ANY players free trial period be used up because you guys cant get your hardware together so we can log on to play to use this "free" time

    Same problem.
    I can understand the Early Access, I understand the queue... but now I are climbing the days of signing the 1.0 (I still have 10 of 14) ... it is not correct that we can not get in because it says "server down" when they are up.
