Unable to update the group NA/EU Character List but no maintenance is on

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties wherein players are being disconnected from instances on the North American and European data center Worlds. As a result, customers who were disconnected from said content are unable to log in.

The issue is being addressed, and new updates will follow as additional information becomes available.

Unable to log in and yet my sub is still counting down on a game i can't play. Subscriptions should be frozen, aka free to play, until the log in issue is resolved.

Probably the reason their login servers are messing up. half the population cant get in and is spamming start - character - ok - error repeat. Can't say I'm not one of them... /sigh

So that means that I wont be able to play another few days? God damn I havent seen game with more system problems so far...

Doubt it. I just made a character on JP server to test an idea when I couldn't load NA/EU servers. I got through the first scene, exited game, and now it has same issue but for JP servers and NA/EU servers pop up... Fun twist there eh?

New error: The lobby server connection has encountered an error.

And then the whole thing crashes.

I am experiencing the same problem, but I am on Cerberus. I logged out in the Inn and now I can't even load the NA worlds or it says
"Lobby full" before I can even hit start.. quite irritating. Another problem I keep encountering is that I keep putting in the correct password +the one time access code and it says its wrong.. what the heck is going on!

Don't worry about that, pal. They'll extened the free trial period with an extra week. Plus on Wednesday they'll add new worlds thus getting rid of the 'too busy worlds' problem.
