Thanks Asmoday but unfortunately these suggestions have all been done and they just don't work. It's good you summarized them all for others to see though! I mean I can't even control hardware acceleration on my system so I downloaded the directx SDK to do so and disabled it there, but nope. Nothing is working lol.

And yes they say they support vista but um yeah not completely without issues
