I thought cancelling the newly activated account would work via the Mog Station, but when I login the PS3 I run into an error, telling me that I need an activated account to continue running the game. I guess what it seems like is the new account is attached to the PS3 client with no way of sorting that out.I haven't seen fixes yet either; PC users are having an easy time setting up secondary registration codes, but I have no idea how I can apply mine as a PS3 user.
The only thing I'm thinking will work is if I deactivate the second account, essentially rendering me with no access to the game at all until I go in and add the secondary registration code. Otherwise I don't think I'll ever be prompted to attach PS3 service to another account. ...if that makes any sense.
SE should really look into the flexibility of dealing with separate accounts.
I've now created 4 tickets because "chat isn't available"
bullshit it still says chat is unavailable
well I cant find away to get to live chat or I would try it again :/
did you ever have any luck finding where to apply the code to service account 1?I haven't seen fixes yet either; PC users are having an easy time setting up secondary registration codes, but I have no idea how I can apply mine as a PS3 user.
