    I haven't seen fixes yet either; PC users are having an easy time setting up secondary registration codes, but I have no idea how I can apply mine as a PS3 user.

    The only thing I'm thinking will work is if I deactivate the second account, essentially rendering me with no access to the game at all until I go in and add the secondary registration code. Otherwise I don't think I'll ever be prompted to attach PS3 service to another account. ...if that makes any sense.

    I thought cancelling the newly activated account would work via the Mog Station, but when I login the PS3 I run into an error, telling me that I need an activated account to continue running the game. I guess what it seems like is the new account is attached to the PS3 client with no way of sorting that out.

    SE should really look into the flexibility of dealing with separate accounts.

    Rrrrrrg, alright. So now you can't even enter a product code at all?

    I'm thinking of just waiting on chat and instead of asking them to merge service accounts, I'll just have them apply the code I just bought to my original service account.

    did you ever have any luck finding where to apply the code to service account 1?

    i did that way earlier all you can do is re activate your second account

    What you would have to do is go on your psn account management redeem the 4 - 4 - 4 code thats on the back of the pamphlet and MAKE SURE YOU SERVICE IT TO YOUR FIRST ACCOUNT THIS TIME, then if I were you I would still try to get support and let them know what you did, then ask if you can redeem a code that will work with your second account!
