It was open yesterday as well, but it still only gave me those options :/ All day it gave me only that option.

If you haven't submitted for the chat before, you will need to wait till the chat is open.

That would rely on people who can count from 1-5+. Good luck with that. As a tank I can attest to the complete lack of DPS attention.
