Considering this is my 12th combined attempt to fix this by talking to a person, I am now a level 12 complainer. I just need to stun the customer service rep in order to stop their "you can not be connected" AOE attack.
You must be in a terrible lightparty if that AOE is stopping you from getting any further in the Support Instance.
