    Same error here... also for some odd reason my game client decides to crash after taking a screenshot and tabbing out.

    I have been experiencing the same issue.

    Get logged in, get a message that either:
    NA/EU Character list cannot be loaded
    or
    JP Character list cannot be loaded

    Then, when I can connect to Ultros, I either get the 10102 error, or I get "Server is full, please try again later."

    Then when I finally beat the queue, get in game. I am questing, or mining, and I get the 90k error, get disconnected, then get the 2202 Login server error.

    Rinse and repeat the same process, and MAYBE, MAYBE I can get connected again in the next hour or two.
