I can't seem to find the "official" way. But in my defense I've been drinking pretty much straight through since Wed this week when this whole service account 2 bs started.

Here is the step by step on how i got to that link.

1. Go to: https://support.na.square-enix.com/
2. Top right corner click on support.
3. From the banners in the middle click the FFXIV one.
4. From the 4 big blue squares click the third one that says Billing or payment issues.
5. Click on the button that says Additional Assistance
6. From the dropdowns on Category assistance select Account billing and from the other one Additional Services. Enter a brief summary.
7. Then click one the Proceed with Chat support.

I hope this helps.

For those wondering if using the links works or not, if you put in your proper ticket number in the "ticket number here" areas, the links work fine. 5/1 or 5/5 at the end for NA, 5/2 or 5/3 and I think 5/4 for EU(not sure on the 5/4) and it works. I connected to EU using the link with my own ticket # on 5/2 like 6 hours ago before I learned the proper numbers for NA.

You have to go through like 7 steps of logging in on the support page, clicking on the appropriate ticket, hitting contact, filling out the fields, click next, click next, fill out form again, click chat support, hope that the link is open on the page otherwise you have to do it all over again. In the meantime it generates another ticket because chat is closed that you have to close yourself unless you don't mind spamming their system.

Seriat, when it says not open just keep page open that has your big green ticket numbers then refresh it when its time for them to be open

Im currently #41 in queue on 5/1 on Internet explorer and #10 on 5/5 on chrome... Here's to hoping I will get through on one of them in 35mins
