So I know that chat support for NA starts in one hour. Is there a page that has all the support hour posted on it so I don't have to scour the forums looking for a random post that mentions it? I've looked around the http://support.na.square-enix.com/ website but I'm just getting lead around in circles between that site and the lodestone site.

Also, I just want to make sure I understand how we're supposed to access the live chat. I just go to my open ticket, click contact on the bottom, fill out the page and select live chat right? (which should appear at 12pm pst when the support goes back up right? because right now I just see email support).
