I'm sure I read somewhere tickets submitted over 48hrs are automatically closed so I was shocked to see this ticket still up. I also have the CE version but I am not in the same situation as everything went into my service account 1. I really want to play with my husband PS3 users by the way.
Could you tell me how you checked the ticket status please?
