I would imagine most of them will be wishing for a stiff drink during their shifts today. I feel bad for the reps just because I know what that feels like. There's a reason why they're hiring for that position on square enix's site.
Because they aren't fucking open, idiot. People cannot legally be made to work 24 hours a day. It's bad enough they have to come in on the weekend. Don't be angry at the workers. Then explain how, instead of just telling the person that the service is too busy to handle the request, they let them queue, waste 8+ hours of their day, just to deny them access right at the end?
How do you honestly rationalise that as acceptable? Like Christ Almighty, I have no idea how your mind works if you think that's fine.
If you'd LISTEN, the information that they aren't open is out there.
Could you tell me how you checked the ticket status please?I've been lurking through this thread and it's just amazing as how the extent of this issue has become. This is very unfortunate as my spouse is one of the people with CE registered in service account 2 when was supposed to be in service account 1 with his EA items still waiting to be resolved. He submitted two tickets on the 27th and called support (2.5hrs), called back on the 29th (3.5hrs), and we just found out how to check your tickets via SE Support Center and only see one. So I'm assuming the other ticket was closed? The ticket that is still there is currently Open: In Process, last update on the 28th. I'm sure I read somewhere tickets submitted over 48hrs are automatically closed so I was shocked to see this ticket still up. I also have the CE version but I am not in the same situation as everything went into my service account 1. I really want to play with my husbandPS3 users by the way.

Please don't say you made the idiotic assumption that I am talking about US service?
If they aren't open, don't let them queue. This is the most retarded system I've ever seen, it's a simulated throttle. Trust me, it doesn't take a person 20 minutes to go 1 spot up in line if the chat really isn't open, because people will be dropping out very quickly. They leave the system operational while there's no users to moderate it on the other end. The guy has a point.
Well actually they could have a 24 hour service, they'd just have to hire more people, which in this case, might be a good idea to get customers off their backs.
We're the ones taking a shortcut. If they aren't open, don't let them queue. This is the most retarded system I've ever seen, it's a simulated throttle.
