You know they don't fix it right away yeah? They tell you it could be anywhere from a couple hours to 2 weeks. Most people are reporting they are fixed the day AFTER they talk to someone so don't get your hopes too high.

Awesome maybe that's why the queue is moving so much slower today. Being #23 I would be ok with that.

i've been in and out of this thread since page 200 or so.......roller coaster of emotions......words can not describe my complete lack of faith in what i used to think was a great company

yes we all made a mistake, but it seems like no one on customer service is on the same page. one agent tells you one thing another tells someone something different. one person talks to them and in less than 4 hours they are back in playing, while some of us its been over a day or longer....some as long as 2 or 3 days

simple solution was to extend early access, or just issue new product keys to those with a problem, but no! we go onto an escalation list which isnt very escalated considering the amount of people on it. and it cant possible be a list....it has to be mutiple lists, because like i said before people are not getting fixed in the order they were received.


oh and then there is the lack of communication. it's 2013 people use twitter to report they are pooping in the bathroom. give us some hourly updates a little info would go a long way right now. but nooooooo you are using twitter to post pictures of dorky cosplay girls at pax.

i'm an adult, i can choose to spend my time doing any number of things, I chose to play this game, but now I think I am going to fire up Ingress on my phone and go outside to attack some targets
