    You know they don't fix it right away yeah? They tell you it could be anywhere from a couple hours to 2 weeks. Most people are reporting they are fixed the day AFTER they talk to someone so don't get your hopes too high.

    Awesome maybe that's why the queue is moving so much slower today. Being #23 I would be ok with that.
