Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

Well supposedly last night when chat ended, people received messages in the live chat that it would be open today and tomorrow between 12-5 pm pdt.

It all BS , any modern day mmo , IN the 2009 era can fixed this in 24 hrs to 5 min, This service reason why people like the F2P easy to deal with. Yet square still in the year 2003.

EVERYONE FORGOT THIS IS SUBSCRIPTIONS BASE> SHOULD BE TOP OF THE LINE. SUPPORT.

We can go Play MOBA leagues of legends that got 5 million users on at same time no issues, and the game is FREE TO PLAY. And with in 5 min , your issues fixed.

It really isn't making the problem worse, it is more of making the company more well known of its issues. It's called Out Sourcing.

Option A clearly doesn't work, so go to Option B and let them know that Option A totally blows and forward it up the chain to fix it.

Spamming a country's customer service chat with full knowledge they cannot help you is making the problem worse. What you guys decide to do with media outlets doesn't involve me Edit: (considering I wasn't even talking about that). As soon as the loudest people in here have their accounts sorted I'd imagine this thread and all the "media blitzing" will die off.

You know, that must have been my problem yesterday. I wanted in queue for chat 2.5 hours, I got to #1 at 8:00 pm central time, which would have been 6 pm pst. I bet they simply clocked out and didn't bother to cancel the chat queue. I'd have rather had that then sit for an extra hour without knowing there was no one on the other end.

Word to the wise? I'd get in chat queue right at 2 pm in case there is a 5 hour wait

But the damage that was done with the media blitzing will still be there. We have notified the proper people, and it is in their hands now to do what they want with.

That is NA.

5/1 is NA, 5/2 and 5/3 are EU.

oh, my account was fixed several pages ago (arnd page 150+ or so) and i still hang around here. EU account though.

I have had a ticket in since launch, only gotten a generic reply and don't know if the ticket is still open or if it got canceled with all the tickets 2 days ago, I'm being as nice as I possible can.

Too bad they don't do chat SAT-MON, been trying all week to get support, the first time I got a chat agent he just passed off with the email support form >.>...

So far im 10/15 days and my CE is 25/30 days, so frustrating playing 40$ to accidentally register as a 2nd service...
