    I got a response from Michael Fahey:

    I think they'll get a handle on the CS issues and we'll all move on. It's really frustrating to folks going through it, but once they get into the game, it's pretty great.
    Will they lose a few players over these complications? Sure, but folks wouldn't be so upset if they didn't really want to play the game.

    I've reached out to Square Enix about the issues.

    There was reports even yesterday of EU players getting their accounts fixed in half the time as NA players. What's the reason behind it tho? Well we don't know yet.

    Solutions to get a speedy resolve
    Step 1:head to the support page and login then use the link below to register a ticket

    bottom link on the page is for wrong service account
    (you must sign in before making the ticket for it to be linked to your account)

    Step 2: head to the accessing the live chat
    For EU accounts, you can try accessing EU Live Chat at 09:00-18:00 BST.. go to https://support.eu.square-enix.com/c...hp?id=496&la=1
    Category - Account/Billing
    Sub-Category - Account Creation
    Details - Wrong Service Account

    Once you have hit the chat line if you ended up with 5/2 at the end of the url you’ll most likely have 150 in the queue, at least 2 hours wait and as soon as you hit 0 you’ll find a lack of agents. The trick here for a speedy resolve is to switch queue use 5/3, 5/4 or 5/5 I used 5/4 and reached Cynthia in only 10 min waiting, and a further 5 minutes while she sorted out my problem

    When you get to talking with a Support agent you’ll need to give them your ticket number, Square Enix ID, the registered email address and your date of birth so they can verify your account. So keep that handy
