Noon PST? alright. How is everyone connecting to the live chat. Are they still going to the support page, filling out another ticket, then selecting live chat during live chat service hours? I haven't had a chance to read every page here yet, but I saw some people mentioning direct links to chat support.

The ticket number I used was the one I got from using the "Game Incorrectly Registered To A Service Account: Support Form" found here. If you have filled out this form already you can find this number by logging in to the EU Support Centre here - the number is listed on the right hand side.
Remember this is for EU Accounts Only. NA Have a separate link found on their support centre page.
My mogstation was immediately updated.
