Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

I was in the NA chat since yesterday, when they shut down the chat support there was the opening times and what the current times was, i just waited until they opened again and was put into queue.
Then when i did reach an agent it was EU. So wtf?

I was in chat queue for 2 hours at this address:

The chat itself took about 15 minutes.

The ticket number I used was the one I got from using the "Game Incorrectly Registered To A Service Account: Support Form" found here. If you have filled out this form already you can find this number by logging in to the EU Support Centre here - the number is listed on the right hand side.
Remember this is for EU Accounts Only. NA Have a separate link found on their support centre page.

My mogstation was immediately updated.

And statistics show that for every person that complains about the service of anything (food, retail, etc.) there go 20 unheard complaints. It may not be quite as true in the gamer community, but even if it was only a 1:10 or a 1:5 ratio... they are losing subscriptions no doubt. I won't be one of them but I certainly cannot blame the ones who do. This is by far the worst I have ever seen support for anything. Period.

I believe, this is what happened. The chat opened up (NA) and we were all in que, even the guy 1st in que didn't get talked to for over an hour+ after that the "EU Chat officially opened up" so somehow no one is working @ NA one but it opened up; even though it says it's opened at 12AM and we all waited until the EU service came up, and thus we got put into the EU chat. Well played SE, way to troll every NA player.

I'm 20th in line, and for some reason, my delirious head keeps telling me to stay on just in case to check if it's a NA service member. This is just plain gg for me though, not going to bother with SE anymore if it's EU.
