You have no clue what he is posting on, he is asking for a customer support issue, not server issues... Tho he should probable have a image where is has the biggest thread as the one that has over 400+ pages and not the first one that is on the list at the time...

He's asking for customer support on the server issues...which the letter addresses. That letter is a form of customer support.

I would assume SE actually communicates with their JP customers. We've had little to no feedback to quell the angry masses letting us know what the !#$@ is going on, so the rage continues.
