Well, realize that you are in queue right now to talk to nobody. No one is at work right now in North America. They don't open until noon PST. Normally they aren't open AT ALL, but SE is paying them double time I guess to work over the weekend specifically to get this problem sorted, since they know that none of us can play anymore.

Bottom line is, the earliest you will get to talk to an NA CSR is in about 4 hours 40 minutes at the absolute earliest.

Because I want to know if a closed ticket from over 24 hours ago was ignored, deleted, or an error. I can't get in touch with ANYONE in North America and just want some information.

So you're congesting the system because you cannot wait until the North American customer service open? Seriously, all of the North American players joining the European chat queues are only making ti worse for European players. Take a break.
