This is pretty frustrating. I found I had the same issue last night after putting my codes in on Wed night. Didn't play at all Thurs or I would have been trying to contact support.
Since I got no reply last night AND was dropped from chat after sitting for 2.5 hrs, I'm thinking I'm hosed and will have to wait till working hours on Tuesday (since Mon is a holiday here in the US).
Now I'm beyond furious, but I'll refrain from a tirade as it seems its been covered in this thread enough.
My friends are now trying to get me to go buy a boxed standard edition to apply it to the Account #1 so I can continue playing. At some point when they fix the issue I'll have my collectors edition merged to overwrite the standard edition on Account 1.
Outside of paying another $30, do you think this would work? I really want to play with all my friends in game, but I also want to give SE the finger and refuse to pay any additional money...but then again the game is really good.
This must be what a drug addict feels like...
