    PRE ORDER CODE DOESN'T WORK... :/

    Hi i need help i'm pretty outraged because i've been going threw this whole time trying to get my pre order mog hat and cait sith. Square Enix sent me a code to download the game with the items i pre order to my email, but the code does not work i tried it in the store and the account management- redeem codes. Square Enix can you please send me a new code so i can enjoy my game.
